Bygone evening

Bygone evening...

In the dusk of light,
it was evening twilight.

I walked through misty rain,
sounds gain and woeful pain.

Leafing on pew, a light glare
appeared a silhouette with soft air.

Damp road and the moist clothes,
sat a gentleman with deep brows.

His crescent eyebrows & ribboned eyelashes,
dark eyes & smile flashes.

Wanted to be soaked in the stories of his dreams,
but heavy downpour & cloud screams.
